Delivery
We currently offer delivery across all areas of Cairo and Giza. We are planning to expand to Alexandria and other governorates by late 2026.
We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM. Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the next day. You can also schedule a specific future delivery date during checkout.
Delivery is completely free for all orders inside Cairo. For Giza, a standard delivery fee of EGP 50 applies, unless your order value exceeds EGP 1000.
While you can select a specific delivery date, we cannot guarantee exact times due to Cairo traffic. Deliveries occur between 10 AM and 8 PM, and our driver will contact you before arriving.
Orders
Browse our shop, choose your favorite plants or flowers, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You don't need an account to place an order, but creating one helps you track it.
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Simply reply to your order confirmation email or contact our customer service.
No, there is no minimum order amount. You can buy a single small succulent or a massive indoor tree!

Plants & Care
We source our inventory daily from top local nurseries. Plants are kept in our climate-controlled warehouse until dispatch, ensuring they arrive at your door in perfect condition.
If your plant gets damaged during transit, please take a photo and send it to our WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours. We will replace it free of charge.
Absolutely. Every plant order comes with a printed care card specific to that species, outlining watering, light, and temperature needs.
We use eco-friendly kraft paper and secure cardboard boxes tailored to the plant's size. The soil is covered to prevent spilling, and delicate stems are gently wrapped.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day freshness guarantee. If your plant dies or wilts significantly within 7 days of delivery despite proper care, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
You can request a refund by emailing us your order number and photos of the plant. Refunds to credit cards take 5-10 business days.
Yes, as long as the original plant is still in its original healthy condition. A standard pickup and redelivery fee of EGP 50 will apply.
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash on Delivery (COD), Vodafone Cash, and InstaPay.
Yes, all online payments are processed through our 256-bit encrypted secure gateway partner. Nabatk does not store your credit card details.
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for all orders under EGP 2000. Please try to have the exact change ready.

Yes! During checkout, you can select the "Gift Wrap" option for an additional EGP 30. We use premium paper, ribbons, and a blank tag.
Yes, you can type a personalized message during checkout. We will hand-write it on a beautiful Nabatk greeting card.
